Jesus made disciples in small groups. Rather than making disciples of twelve men individually, or independent of each other, Jesus chose to build a team of twelve disciples. Although He ministered to each disciple privately when the need arose, His discipleship was mostly a group project. In the same way Jesus considered making disciples essential to His ministry, Victory considers small groups essential to church growth.
We encourage every church member to get connected to a Victory group to enable them to begin relating with Jesus
as well as to one another.
WHAT IS A VICTORY GROUP?
In Victory, the primary venue for discipleship happens in a small group. It is called a Victory group. We strongly encourage everyone to be involved since these groups are specifically designed to help disciples grow spiritually.
A Victory group meeting has three sections: Connect, Word, and Prayer, and ideally lasts from forty to sixty minutes.
