  1. Why is it important that we take care of our souls?
  2. Among the four kinds of souls described in the video, which one can you identify with the most, in this season of your life? Why?
  3. Reflect on Psalm 42:1 (ESV). What does this verse tell you about our souls? Do you think you have experienced being thirsty in your soul? If so, can you describe that experience?
  4. Share one insight or thing that you have learned from this video.

  1. What do you think it means to be the “keeper of our souls”? What lesson can you glean from the story in the beginning of the video?

  2. Can you share one thing in this season of your life that made you feel disappointed? What do you think is Jesus leading you to discover about Him amidst the disappointment? Or what did you discover about Jesus because of the disappointment?
  3. What is one specific area in your life right now where you know Jesus is at work, or Jesus is doing something? Can you describe what you think He is doing?
  4. Share one insight or thing that you have learned from this video.

  1. Was there a time in your life when you knew, at that moment, you found strength in God? Can you please share what was going on, and what was it like to find strength in God?
  2. Do you feel exhausted this season? If yes, could you describe which aspect of your life has exhausted you? If no, take time to pray for those who answered “yes” in your group.
  3. One of the things mentioned in the video is this: “CONNECTION WITH GOD PRECEDES DIRECTION FROM GOD.”, what do you think does this mean? What do you think does this tell you about God?
